I am an avid gardener, but I am relatively new to growing Cannabis and I need some advice. I am on my first real grow, technically my second grow but the first one was a disaster. My first time I basically went the cheap route with some bag seeds that all turned out to be male or hermied out on me. My new grow is doing relatively well grown from feminized seeds and 100% organic no till grown. The problem is that I went away on a work trip for work and when i came back at around week three or four they were completely overgrown. I thought I was doing the right thing by pruning them back but now it looks like I stunted them instead. The plants are still healthy. All the leaves are green and the nugs and sugar leaves look frosty albeit small and a little larfy. Now I am at week eight of the grow and nowhere near ready for harvest. I top dressed them with a mix of compost, bone meal, Dr. Earth Organics Bud and Bloom, and kelp meal when I turned them over to flowering. I feed them seaweed extract, and molasses every week with the compost tea that I make for them. I have not used any pk/ bud booster formulation but maybe I should have.
Is there a DIY organic PK/ bud booster formulation that I can make and is it even advisable at this point in time.? Also have a bottle of general organics bud booster left over from my first disaster grow. Is it advisable to use that instead and just bite the bullet using the bottled not so organic nutes? I posted some pics below so you guys can see what I have going on. The third pic is from a high CBD strain and I'm told that they usually don't look as good as the high THC strains but I'm not sure maybe you can shed some light on that too.
Thank you In Advance for your help!
